Precautions
- Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. If the lather enters the eyes, rinse immediately with cold water.
- Do not apply to skin that is severely broken, bleeding, or infected with secondary bacteria without consulting a doctor.
- Note that itching may persist for up to 2 weeks after the mites are killed. This is a normal reaction to the remaining mite proteins in the skin.
- Consult a healthcare provider before using this soap on children under 2 months of age or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you experience severe burning, swelling, or a worsening rash, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
How to Use
- Shower Preparation: Use lukewarm water to wet the skin. Avoid hot water, as it can increase skin irritation and itching.
- Application: Apply the soap to the whole body, creating a generous lather. Pay close attention to skin folds, between fingers and toes, and the groin area.
- Dwell Time: Leave the lather on the skin for **3 to 5 minutes** to allow the Permethrin to effectively penetrate the mite burrows.
- Rinse: Wash off thoroughly and pat the skin dry with a clean, dry towel.
- Environment: After use, ensure all recently worn clothing and bed linens are washed in hot water (at least 60°C) to kill any remaining mites.
