Super Fildena is a dual-action prescription tablet for men who have both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Each tablet combines Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor that improves blood flow to the penis for a firm erection, with Dapoxetine 60 mg, a short-acting SSRI that helps delay ejaculation and improves control. It works only with sexual stimulation.

How to Use
- Swallow one tablet whole with a large glass of water, about 1 to 2 hours before sexual activity, or as your doctor directs.
- Can be taken with or without food, but avoid heavy or oily meals.
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
- Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Precautions
- Prescription-only medicine; use it only under medical supervision.
- Never combine with nitrates or riociguat, and do not take with antidepressants or other SSRIs, which can cause serotonin syndrome.
- Dapoxetine can cause dizziness or fainting, so stay hydrated and avoid alcohol.
- Tell your doctor about heart disease, bipolar disorder or mania, or serious liver or kidney problems.
- Get urgent help for an erection lasting over four hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, or chest pain. For adult men only.
