It combines two highly effective antifungal and antibacterial agents: Ketoconazole and Zinc Pyrithione. Ketoconazole works by disrupting the cell membranes of the Malassezia fungus (the primary cause of dandruff), while Zinc Pyrithione helps regulate skin cell production and reduces the buildup of flaky scales. Precautions
- Medicated shampoos can be very irritating to the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with cool water for several minutes.
- Ketoconazole can occasionally affect the tone of chemically dyed or “perm” treated hair. Rinse very thoroughly after use.
- Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- If you experience increased redness, burning, or hair loss, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
- Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
How to Use
- Thoroughly wet your hair and scalp with lukewarm water.
- Take a sufficient amount of Logidruf Shampoo and massage it into the scalp to produce a rich lather.
- This is the most important step. Leave the lather on your scalp for **3 to 5 minutes** to allow the active ingredients to penetrate.
- Rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly with water until all traces of the shampoo are removed.
- Typically used twice a week for 2 to 4 weeks to clear dandruff. For maintenance, it can be used once every week or every two weeks.
