Sildenafil belongs to the group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It relaxes the blood vessels of the penis so that blood flow improves when a man is sexually stimulated. Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI that is used to delay ejaculation. Together the two ingredients are used by adult men who have erectile difficulty along with premature ejaculation. Each box carries a strip of 4 tablets, and the tablet is taken by mouth with water. It works only when there is sexual stimulation and does not raise desire by itself.
