Precautions

• Strictly contraindicated for use during pregnancy. A negative pregnancy test is recommended before administration, and effective contraception must be maintained.
• Tazarotene increases vulnerability to solar radiation; the daily application of a high-SPF, broad-spectrum sunscreen and protective clothing is mandatory.
• Do not apply to broken, eczematous, or sunburned skin. Avoid contact with the eyes, eyelids, and internal mucosal surfaces.
• Discontinue use immediately if persistent severe redness, intense burning, or localized edema occurs during the initial treatment phase.

How to Use

• Thoroughly cleanse the affected area with a mild, non-medicated cleanser and ensure the skin is completely dry before application.
• Apply a pea-sized amount of the gel, ensuring a uniform, thin layer is established only over the affected lesional areas.
• Gently massage the gel into the skin until it is no longer visible. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after administration to prevent accidental transfer.
• Use as a standalone treatment. If utilizing moisturizers, ensure the gel has fully penetrated the tissues for at least 1 hour before applying secondary dermal products.
