BUDEcort 100 Inhaler is a prescription preventer inhaler marketed by Cipla that contains Budesonide 100mcg per metered dose. Budesonide is an inhaled corticosteroid that calms swelling and irritation inside the airways, which lowers the number of asthma attacks and reduces day to day wheezing, cough and chest tightness. Doctors prescribe it for long term control of persistent asthma in adults and children, and it works best when taken regularly even when you feel well. It does not act quickly, so it is not a rescue medicine and a separate quick relief inhaler should be kept for sudden symptoms. Because the steroid goes straight to the lungs, only a small amount enters the blood, which keeps general side effects low. The canister delivers 200 metered doses. How to Use
