How to Use

• Hold the inhaler close to one nostril and close the other nostril with a finger.
• Breathe in deeply and slowly so the vapours reach the nasal passages.
• Repeat with the other nostril.
• Use as needed or as directed on the label, and avoid excess use.
• Close the cap firmly after every use to keep the vapours fresh.
