How It Works

Luliconazole blocks an enzyme that fungi need to make ergosterol, a key building block of their cell membrane. Without ergosterol, the fungal cell wall becomes weak and leaky and the fungus can no longer grow. This controls the infection and relieves itching, redness and scaling. Luliconazole stays in the skin for a long time, which is why it works well with once-daily application.
