How It Works

Colloidal silver releases silver ions that disrupt the cell membranes, enzymes and DNA of bacteria, fungi and some viruses, giving broad-spectrum antimicrobial action. By keeping microbial load low, it reduces the risk of infection and inflammation, allowing the wound to move through the normal stages of healing. It is gentle on healthy tissue and does not sting like many older antiseptics.
