Cal 123 Total Tablet is a comprehensive calcium and vitamin supplement from Pharmed Limited, designed to meet the higher nutritional needs of pregnancy and breastfeeding and to support strong bones at every stage of life. Each film-coated tablet contains Calcium Citrate USP 1250 mg, Vitamin D3 2000 IU, Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, L-Methylfolate Calcium 1 mg and Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate 20 mg. This well-rounded formula combines a highly absorbable form of calcium with active forms of key B vitamins, helping to fill nutritional gaps that diet alone may not cover. Each strip contains 15 tablets.

How It Works

Calcium citrate is a well-absorbed form of calcium that can be taken with or without food and is gentle on the stomach. Vitamin D3 helps the gut absorb calcium and directs it into bones and teeth. Methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12), L-Methylfolate (active folate) and Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (active vitamin B6) are ready-to-use forms the body does not need to convert. Together they support red blood cell formation, nerve function, healthy homocysteine levels and the baby’s development during pregnancy.
