Choose Your Size

• Small: for those who have not given birth, first-time users and teenagers
• Medium: suited to women aged 25 to 35 who have given birth, with a usual to heavy flow
• Large: best for women above 35 or with a heavier than usual flow; measures 46mm in diameter, 54mm in length with a 17mm flex stem, and holds 30ml

How to Use

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water
• Fold the cup in half and hold it in a U shape
• Insert it gently into the vagina and rotate it to form a seal
• Remove it after up to 12 hours by pinching the base, empty it and rinse well
• Sterilise the cup in boiling water for a few minutes before and after each cycle
