Famonext 20 Tablet, manufactured by Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd, contains Famotidine 20mg, a histamine H2-receptor antagonist that decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. It is commonly used to treat and prevent heartburn, stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and acid reflux, and can also help prevent painkiller-induced ulcers. Each pack contains 14 tablets.

How It Works

Famotidine works by blocking histamine H2 receptors in the stomach lining, which reduces the secretion of stomach acid.
