Nucoxia MR combines etoricoxib, a COX-2 inhibitor pain reliever, with thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant. It is used for painful muscle spasm, back pain and neck pain.

Etoricoxib reduces pain and inflammation while thiocolchicoside relaxes tight muscles, so the combination eases stiffness and restores movement more effectively.
