Bromostar-T Eye Drop BAK Free (Brimonidine Tartrate 0.2% + Timolol 0.5%)

Bromostar-T Eye Drop BAK Free is a prescription combination of Brimonidine Tartrate and Timolol used to lower raised pressure inside the eye in people with glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Timolol is a beta blocker and Brimonidine is an alpha agonist; together they reduce the production of aqueous humour, the fluid inside the eye. Controlling eye pressure helps protect the optic nerve and lowers the risk of long-term vision loss. The BAK-free formulation avoids benzalkonium chloride and uses an ionic solvent preservative system, which may suit sensitive eyes. It is marketed by Ocularis Mankind, a division of Mankind Pharma Ltd, in a 5 ml sterile vial.

Safety Advice
