Cosalic Solution is a medicated scalp solution from Salve Pharmaceuticals that combines Salicylic Acid 3% w/w with Coal Tar Solution equivalent to prepared Coal Tar 1% w/w. It is used to help manage scaly, itchy and inflamed scalp conditions such as dandruff, scalp psoriasis and seborrhoeic dermatitis. Salicylic Acid loosens and lifts scales, while Coal Tar slows the rapid turnover of skin cells and calms itching and redness. Used regularly as directed, it helps keep flaking under control and reduces the chance of dandruff coming back. The 200 ml bottle is applied to wet hair like a shampoo and rinsed off.

How to Use

• Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly
• Apply about 5–10 ml of the solution to the scalp
