Advacan 0.5mg Tablet by Eris Lifesciences contains Everolimus 0.5 mg, a lower-strength dose of the mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) inhibitor commonly used, under specialist supervision, to help prevent organ-transplant rejection, and in select oncology indications such as certain advanced breast cancers, renal cell carcinoma and neuroendocrine tumours. It works by blocking a cell-signalling pathway involved in abnormal cell growth and immune activation. This pack contains a 10-tablet strip, for oral use only.

- Requires regular blood tests to monitor drug levels, kidney and liver function
