Soranib Tablet is a targeted anti-cancer medicine used in the treatment of certain advanced cancers. It contains Sorafenib 200mg, a kinase inhibitor that blocks the signals cancer cells use to grow and form new blood vessels, helping slow disease progression. Marketed by Cipla Ltd, it is supplied as a bottle of 30 tablets and is strictly a prescription-only oncology medicine.

Directions for Use

• Attend all scheduled blood tests and follow-up visits during therapy

Precautions

• Rx only: pharmacy medicine, to be dispensed strictly against a valid oncologist’s prescription
• May cause hand-foot skin reactions, diarrhoea, or high blood pressure – report to your doctor promptly
• Regular monitoring of blood pressure, liver function, and blood counts is essential
• Inform your doctor of any bleeding disorders or planned surgery
• Not recommended during pregnancy – effective contraception is advised
• Inform your doctor of all other medicines, as interactions are common

Storage

• Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep out of reach and sight of children
• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use
