How to Use

Take one Ambrisentan tablet and one Tadalafil tablet together, once daily, with or without food, or as directed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.

• Do not use if you take nitrates for chest pain, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure
• Not to be used during pregnancy due to risk of birth defects; effective contraception is required for women of childbearing potential

Side Effects
