Tadalip 20 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. Each film-coated tablet contains Tadalafil 20mg, a PDE5 inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow to the penis, helping achieve a firm erection when sexually aroused.

How to Use

Take Tadalip 20 Tablet exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It may be taken with or without food, ideally about an hour before sexual activity. Do not take more than one tablet in a day.

Precautions & Safety

• Do not take with nitrate medicines (used for chest pain) as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure
• Avoid if you have severe heart or liver problems, or have recently had a stroke or heart attack
• Avoid alcohol as it may increase dizziness and reduce effectiveness
• Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel dizzy or notice blurred vision
• Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours
• Use only if prescribed by a registered medical practitioner

Side Effects

Common side effects include flushing, headache, blurred vision, muscle pain, back pain, indigestion, nasal congestion and limb pain. Most side effects are mild and resolve on their own; consult your doctor if they persist or worsen.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and dark place, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
