Emtaf-B Tablet contains Tenofovir Alafenamide 25mg, a newer prodrug form of tenofovir manufactured by Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It achieves effective antiviral activity at a lower dose with reduced systemic tenofovir exposure, and is primarily used in the management of chronic Hepatitis B infection.
