Revelol-AM 50/5 Tablet PR from Ipca combines Metoprolol 50 mg (prolonged release) and Amlodipine 5 mg for the treatment of hypertension and angina. Metoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces its workload, while Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels through a separate mechanism – together they lower blood pressure more effectively and improve blood flow to the heart, reducing angina-related chest pain. Strip of 15 tablets.

Precautions

• May cause slow heart rate, dizziness, fatigue, ankle swelling, headache or lightheadedness
• Avoid driving or focus-demanding tasks until you know how it affects you
• Get up slowly from sitting or lying to reduce dizziness
• Tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, or if pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
• May raise blood potassium – avoid potassium-rich foods or supplements unless advised
