Cardace AM 5 Tablet – Ramipril & Amlodipine by Sanofi
Cardace AM 5 from Sanofi combines Ramipril 5 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg in a single tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure. Ramipril relaxes and widens blood vessels by blocking a hormone (ACE) that would otherwise narrow them, while Amlodipine relaxes blood vessel walls directly through a different mechanism – together they lower blood pressure more effectively than either medicine alone, while allowing lower doses of each. Bringing blood pressure down reduces the long-term risk of stroke, heart attack and kidney problems. Strip of 15 tablets.
