Rivaban 10 Tablet – Rivaroxaban 10 mg by Lupin
Rivaban 10 Tablet from Lupin Ltd. contains Rivaroxaban 10 mg, a direct oral anticoagulant that blocks Factor Xa – a single specific enzyme in the clotting cascade. Targeting one defined step gives a predictable dose response, which is why rivaroxaban needs no routine INR testing and imposes none of warfarin’s dietary restrictions. Rivaban is among the most affordable rivaroxaban brands in India, which matters for a medicine often taken for months. Strip of 10 tablets. Prescription medicine.

- Never stop without your doctor’s instruction – stopping early sharply raises the risk of a clot or stroke
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember on the same day; never double up
Precautions
- Bleeding is the main risk. Seek urgent medical care for bleeding that will not stop, blood in urine or stools, black tarry stools, coughing or vomiting blood, or unusual bruising
- Report any head injury immediately, even a minor one – anticoagulants make bleeding inside the skull far more dangerous
- Tell every doctor, dentist and surgeon that you take this before any procedure, extraction or injection
- Avoid NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, diclofenac and aspirin unless your doctor approves – they compound the bleeding risk
- Unsafe in liver disease; use with caution in severe kidney disease. Not established as safe in pregnancy, and avoid while breastfeeding
- Tell your doctor about all other medicines, especially antifungals, HIV medicines, rifampicin and carbamazepine, which alter rivaroxaban levels
