Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to Return Policy conditions).

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued once the cancelled or returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Refunds are credited back to your original mode of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.

Important Notes
Items damaged, used, or not in original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where products show signs of handling or missing accessories.
