Choosing Your Absorbency

• Medium Flow – 25 ml: equivalent to about 3 pads, 4 tampons or 1 cup over 12 hours
• Heavy Flow – 30 ml: equivalent to about 4 pads, 5 tampons or 2 cups over 12 hours
• Super Heavy Flow – 40 ml: equivalent to about 5 pads, 7 tampons or 2½ cups over 12 hours

How to Use & Care

• Wear like normal underwear – nothing else is needed underneath
• Change after roughly 8–12 hours, or sooner on very heavy days
• Rinse in cold water straight after use, until the water runs clear
• Wash with mild detergent, then line dry in the shade
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener or hot water, and do not tumble dry – these damage the absorbent layers

• Rinse promptly after use – leaving it soiled shortens the product’s life
• Fabric softener coats the fibres and reduces absorbency – avoid it entirely
