Zhewitra 20 Mg Tablet is an oral prescription medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It contains Vardenafil 20 mg, a potent and selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the smooth muscle of the penile blood vessels during sexual stimulation, allowing more blood to enter the erectile tissue so that an erection can be achieved and maintained. How to Use

• Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, which can increase side effects.
• Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting more than four hours, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or chest pain during sexual activity.
• Not for use by women, by anyone under 18, or by men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable.

Side Effects

• Common: headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness, back pain and muscle aches. These are usually mild and settle on their own.
• Less common: blurred vision, sensitivity to light and altered colour perception.
• Uncommon but urgent: a prolonged or painful erection (priapism), sudden hearing loss or sudden vision loss – seek immediate care.
• Contact your doctor if any effect persists or worsens.

• Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
