Mirakem 25mg Tablet – Mirabegron Extended Release 25 mg
Mirakem 25mg Tablet from Alkem Laboratories Ltd. contains Mirabegron 25 mg in an extended-release film-coated tablet. Mirabegron is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist: it relaxes the detrusor muscle of the bladder during the filling phase, so the bladder can hold more urine comfortably. This makes it useful for overactive bladder (OAB), easing the frequent urination, sudden urgency, and urge incontinence that disrupt daily life and sleep. The 25 mg strength is typically the starting dose. Strip of 10 tablets. Prescription required.
