Awaytox Capsule – Pre & Probiotic Capsules with 15 Billion CFU and Lactitol for Digestive Health

Awaytox Capsule is a combined prebiotic and probiotic formulation from Steadfast MediShield Pvt. Ltd. Each cellulose capsule delivers a total count of 15 Billion CFU from three live strains, together with Lactitol Monohydrate USP 100 mg – the prebiotic that feeds those cultures once they reach the colon. It is used to help re-establish normal intestinal flora in abnormal digestion, diarrhoea, lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome.

Composition

Each cellulose capsule contains:

• Streptococcus thermophilus – 5.0 Billion CFU
• Lactobacillus acidophilus – 5.0 Billion CFU
• Bifidobacterium longum – 5.0 Billion CFU
• Total probiotic count – 15 Billion CFU
• Lactitol Monohydrate USP – 100 mg (the prebiotic)
• Excipients q.s. Approved colours are used in the empty vegetable capsule shell.

Directions for Use

• Take as directed by your physician – dose and duration are decided by your doctor.
• Swallow whole with water, preferably with or just after a meal.
• If on antibiotics, leave a gap of 2–3 hours between doses.
• Take consistently and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions

• Prescription required – the pack states it is not to be sold by retail without the prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Read the label carefully and follow your doctor’s instructions.
• Contains Lactitol, a sugar alcohol – large amounts may cause gas or loose stools in sensitive individuals.
• Consult your doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding or immunocompromised.
• Not recommended for children unless prescribed by a paediatrician.
• Mild, temporary gas or bloating may occur initially. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

• Keep in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light.
• Keep in the original blister until use. Do not freeze.
• Keep out of reach of children and use before the expiry date.
