Testoki – Oral Testosterone Undecanoate for Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Testoki from Sanzyme Ltd contains testosterone undecanoate, an oral form of testosterone used in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men diagnosed with hypogonadism – a condition where the testes do not produce enough testosterone. Unlike plain testosterone, which the liver breaks down almost immediately, the undecanoate ester is absorbed largely through the intestinal lymphatic system, which lets an oral dose reach the bloodstream. This is why it must be taken with food containing fat: taken on an empty stomach, very little of it is absorbed.
This is a prescription-only hormone medicine. It is not a supplement, a fitness product or a testosterone “booster”, and it should never be self-prescribed.

- Always take with a meal containing some fat – absorption drops sharply on an empty stomach.

- Doses are usually split between morning and evening meals. Keep to the same times each day.
- Do not stop, restart or change the dose on your own. Regular blood monitoring is part of the treatment.
Precautions
- Prescription only – not to be sold without the prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner. Testosterone is a controlled hormone in many countries.
- Do not use for bodybuilding, athletic performance or as a general energy aid. Misuse can cause serious, sometimes permanent, harm.
- Not for women, and strictly not during pregnancy or breastfeeding – testosterone can harm a developing baby.
- Do not use if you have or have had prostate cancer or male breast cancer.
- Tell your doctor about heart, liver, kidney or prostate disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, sleep apnoea, or if you take blood thinners, insulin or corticosteroids.
- Ongoing monitoring of testosterone, haematocrit, PSA and liver function is usually required. Report swelling, breathlessness, persistent erections, mood changes or yellowing of the eyes to your doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from light and moisture.
- Keep in the original pack until use.
