Precautions

How to Use

Allow the test cassette and buffer to reach room temperature. Place the cassette on a clean, level surface.
Use the sterile lancet to collect a drop of blood or use a micropipette to measure the required volume of serum or plasma.
Transfer the specified volume of the specimen (typically 2-3 drops) into the sample well (S) of the test device.
Immediately add the prescribed amount of assay diluent (buffer) to the sample well to initiate the lateral flow.
Start the timer and read the results strictly at 15 to 20 minutes. Do not interpret the results after 20 minutes, as background interference may occur.
Consistency: Ensure the appearance of the control (C) line for every valid test. The presence of both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines indicates a positive detection of the Dengue NS1 antigen.
