Hinder Cream

Hinder Cream is a high-potency dermatological intervention specifically engineered for the clinical management of moderate to severe melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Utilizing a sophisticated “Triple-Action” synergistic complex, this cream works by targeting the biological pathways of melanogenesis. It contains a specialized combination of Hydroquinone (2.0% w/w), Tretinoin (0.025% w/w), and Fluocinolone Acetonide (0.01% w/w). Hydroquinone acts as a potent tyrosinase inhibitor to suppress melanin production; Tretinoin, a vitamin A derivative, accelerates epidermal cell turnover to exfoliate pigmented cells; and Fluocinolone Acetonide, a mild corticosteroid, provides a decisive anti-inflammatory response to minimize the irritation often associated with depigmenting agents.

Precautions

How to Use

Wash your face with a mild, soap-free cleanser and pat dry. Wait at least 10–20 minutes to ensure the skin is completely dry.
Apply a thin, pea-sized amount of Hinder Cream to the affected hyperpigmented areas only.
Apply once daily, specifically in the evening, at least 30 minutes before bed.
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every morning during and for at least one week after treatment.
If dryness or mild peeling occurs, apply a non-comedogenic moisturizer during the day.
