Wegovy 1.7 mg FlexTouch – Semaglutide Injection for Weight Management

Wegovy 1.7 mg FlexTouch is a prescription pre-filled injection pen containing Semaglutide. It is used together with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity to support long-term weight management in eligible individuals. Semaglutide belongs to a group of medicines known as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists, also called GLP-1 receptor agonists. It acts on brain regions involved in appetite regulation, helping to reduce hunger, increase feelings of fullness, and support reduced food intake. Each Wegovy 1.7 mg FlexTouch pen contains 6.8 mg of semaglutide in 3 mL and provides 4 separate 1.7 mg doses. This strength is generally used during dose escalation and should not be started unless prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional.
