Directions for Use

• Drink plenty of water and add fibre to your diet alongside it – the capsules work far better when the stool is already soft

Precautions

• Rectal bleeding must always be examined by a doctor. Piles are the commonest cause, but not the only one – do not assume a diagnosis and self-treat indefinitely
• Fistula in particular usually needs surgical assessment. The pack lists it as an indication, but a true anal fistula rarely closes on medicine alone – see a surgeon
• Seek medical care for severe pain, a hard tender lump, heavy bleeding, or fever – a thrombosed pile or abscess needs proper treatment
• Trivrit and Aragwadha are purgative herbs. If motions become loose or cramping starts, reduce or stop and consult your practitioner
• Tell your practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding – purgative herbs are generally avoided in pregnancy. Also mention diabetes or any regular medicines
• The pepper and ginger content can aggravate acid reflux or an existing ulcer in some people
