Precautions

This is a specialized medical treatment and must only be used under the direct supervision of an ophthalmologist.
Be aware that long-term use may cause a permanent increase in the brown pigmentation of the iris and darkening of the eyelid skin.
The medication may cause eyelashes to grow longer, thicker, and darker; this effect is usually reversible upon discontinuation.
Remove lenses before instilling the drops. Wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them to prevent the preservative from affecting the lenses.
Never touch the dropper tip to your eye, skin, or any other surface to avoid introducing bacteria into the sterile solution.
Store the bottle at room temperature (below 25°C). Ensure the cap is tightly closed and discard the bottle 4 weeks after opening.

How to Use

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Hold the Bimaday dropper directly over the eye and instill exactly one drop into the pocket.
Close your eye gently and apply light pressure to the inner corner (near the nose) for about 60 seconds.
This simple step helps keep the medication in the eye and prevents it from entering the systemic circulation.
The drops are typically administered once daily, preferably in the evening.
If you are using other ophthalmic medications, ensure a gap of at least 5 to 10 minutes between applications.
