Healing Pharma Dermifree Soap is a medicated cleansing bar containing Ketoconazole 2% w/w in a gentle soap base. It is made for people who deal with fungal skin problems and want an antifungal step built into their daily bath. Each bar weighs 75 g.

How It Works

Ketoconazole is an azole antifungal that stops fungi from building ergosterol, a key part of their cell membrane, so the fungus cannot grow and spread. Used as a soap, it reaches large areas of skin such as the groin, feet, back and chest in a single wash. The rich lather lifts away sweat, oil and dirt that fungi thrive on, while helping calm itching, redness and scaling. Regular use also helps keep the skin fresh and lowers the chance of the infection returning.
